ClazzPro privacy notice
Updated 20 October 2026.
ClazzPro provides tutoring services in Dubai/UAE. Contact: hello@clazzpro.com; WhatsApp Business +971 58 227 2582.
Enquiries and tutoring
We collect the details supplied in an enquiry, which can include parent/adult contact name, student first name, email, WhatsApp number, curriculum/grade, subject, lesson format, scheduling preferences and the message. We use these details to review the request, respond, arrange demonstrations and administer any agreed tutoring.
Please use a parent or adult contact’s details for a student under 18. Do not send identity documents, payment-card details, medical information or unnecessary student information through the enquiry form.
Form records and communication
Enquiries are stored in the website’s form records and may be sent through business email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp also processes the communication under its own terms and privacy policy.
Website and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads through the existing website integration to understand website use and advertising responses. These services may process cookies/online identifiers, page and interaction information, device/browser information, approximate location and advertising-source information. A demo request is an enquiry, not confirmation of a class or payment.
Service providers
Website hosting, form/email services, Google and WhatsApp may process information needed to provide their services, including outside the UAE. See Google’s Privacy Policy and WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
Contact preferences and records
Permission to contact you about a tutoring request is separate from permission for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop follow-up messages and request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by emailing hello@clazzpro.com. We may need to verify the requester’s authority and retain records needed for an ongoing service or applicable obligations.
Cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. This can affect some website functions.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or processing change; the date above identifies this version.
